Due to the health emergency caused by the spread of the COVID-19 virus, which has recently become more serious, we at Lurbel have intensified our precautionary, distancing and hygiene-related measures, in order to protect the people within our team, our customers and our suppliers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

This week, customer service will be provided during normal opening hours, up until Wednesday 18 March. On March 19 and 20 we will be closed for the San José festival, and we will remain closed throughout the following week. We will continue to provide updated information on our opening hours and operation, along with any recommendations or orders that we receive from the relevant agencies.

Production operations

Our production plant and central warehouse in Ontinyent (Valencia) is still operational. The meticulous manufacturing system that sets us apart is being fully implemented and, in addition, we currently have robust safety and protection measures in place.

Throughout our history, we have faced difficult times and crises and emerged stronger, thanks to the great team that we have, and the fact that the market that has trusted in our philosophy, in the guarantees that we provide, and in our products.

Now, more than ever, it is important to believe that we will come out of this crisis stronger, and that we will return to the mountains very soon, enjoying our Lurbel equipment even more than before.
